Our approach varies depending on the client matter to be facilitated, but is almost always a Solutions Focused approach using core coaching principles. This methodology is a proven approach to behavioral and attitude change.
Red Pill Coaches also use a model for conflict resolution where the three stages involve “creating space” to bring views, ideas, opinions into the dialogue, “adding value” to evaluate content together and “seeking closure” once resolution has been reached.
